COMPETENCY ASSURANCE All of our personnel are rigorously screened, assessed and verified in country at source by independent technical experts and accredited to the highest international regulatory standards, including JTL, OPITO, Oil & Gas UK, DNV and ABS etc. For recruitment purposes, we use OPITO – The Oil & Gas Academy’s independent online Skills Screening Tool. Furthermore, Schulte Energy Services continuously invests in training and certification programmes for its personnel, including CompEx training for our electrotechnical personnel. As well as the core skills of their trade, our personnel are trained to perform at the highest levels of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental performance. When appropriate, Schulte Energy Services frequently blends dedicated safety coaches into our project teams whilst in the field.
